A featured editorial that makes your technology tangible and turns your narrative into an asset you own — researched, written and produced end to end, then amplified across the MYX ecosystem.

What Tech Unboxing is
Most technology companies can explain what they built. Far fewer can explain why it matters to someone outside their industry — and that gap is what stalls conversations with corporates, agencies and investors.
Tech Unboxing closes it. We get hands on with your solution, sit down with the people who built it, and produce a piece of editorial that stands on its own merit: an article your buyers will actually read, a video they will actually watch, and assets your team reuses for years.
Nothing is templated. Every edition is written for one company.
Written for you, never templated — a narrative you own and can republish anywhere.
The thinking behind the solution, in the founder's own words — on the record.
A view of the current state of the sector and where your solution changes it.
How it works, what sits in between, and why it was built that way.
What you receive
Interviews, research, professional photography and product shoots — all handled by us. You show up, we produce.
A long-form editorial feature published on MyInnovationX under your company's name.
A 60–90 second cut pairing a founder interview with close-up product footage.

Up to 15 high-resolution images of your product, team and technology in use.
Carousels, cutdowns and stills sized for your own channels and sales decks.
Your feature is distributed across the MYX network and the channels of our ecosystem partners — corporates, government agencies, investors and industry associations — alongside MYX and TEJ social and eDM.
The feature is attached to your listing in the Discovery Engine, so a corporate searching for a solution in your category lands on a fully argued case for you — not a directory entry.
The process
Editing and fact-checking loop until the piece clears the bar. Nothing publishes on a first pass.
The one thing your solution proves, in a sentence. Then the brief: scope, comparisons, shot list, deadline, owner.
Specs, pricing, rival units and prior coverage researched. First-impressions write-up plus captured stills and footage.
Structure and voice tightened, anything that isn't the angle cut. Every spec, price and claim traced to a source. Either side can send it back.
Content and language check passed, titles, thumbnail and metadata set, assets attached, live on our page and channels.
Ecosystem amplification across MYX, TEJ and partner channels, then permanent discovery through your Discovery Engine listing.
Case study · Neptrix
We met Neptrix at Metaltech & Automex, spent time with the product, spoke to their customers, and turned an industrial AI platform most buyers found abstract into an argument a plant manager could act on.
“It was a breeze working with the MYX and TEJ team, and they were able to make our product sound simpler and relatable to people outside of the industry.”
Packages
Both are produced end to end and amplified across the MYX and TEJ channels.
Once you are on the Discovery Engine you can opt in to be nominated for an independent editorial assessment. Written in a neutral tone — never promotional — and published with the badge awarded. It travels with your solution: profile, website, sales decks, tender submissions.
Your always-on presence in MYX's AI search-and-match. Corporates and agencies describe a challenge in plain language and get matched to verified providers — free for them to browse, permanent visibility for you.
The partnership
Tech Unboxing is produced jointly. MYX brings the ecosystem — 8,000+ vetted ASEAN entities, the Discovery Engine and the corporate and government audience already searching for solutions. TEJ brings the craft: a digital media producer and B2B content strategist with deep expertise in corporate podcasting and high-end visual storytelling.
One team runs the edition end to end, so the story is told properly and lands where it counts. Nothing is outsourced mid-way and no brief is handed to a third party.
We work out whether your solution has an angle worth an edition.

MYX Tech Unboxing is a featured editorial service produced by MyInnovationX and TEJ by Horizen Media. Each edition is a long-form narrative written for a single technology company, designed to make the product understandable to corporate buyers, government agencies and investors who sit outside the industry. It is published on MyInnovationX and amplified across MYX, TEJ and partner channels.
A full edition includes a long-form article or podcast feature on MyInnovationX, a 60 to 90 second video combining a founder interview with product footage, up to 15 high-resolution photos, and reusable assets such as carousels, cutdowns and stills for your own channels. Each edition also gets a Discovery Engine listing that connects the feature back to your company profile for ongoing discoverability.
The process moves through 5 stages: Plan, Produce, Refine, Publish and Amplify. It starts with a 15 minute discovery call, then brief confirmation, interviews, photo and video capture, drafting, revisions and publication. Slots are limited per quarter, so securing a date early helps align the production schedule to your launch or campaign window.
A press release is an announcement. A sponsored article is often templated and ad-shaped. Tech Unboxing is a researched narrative, produced end to end by the MYX and TEJ team, with revision rights on both sides. The content belongs to the company, is written for a non-technical reader and stays discoverable through the Discovery Engine long after publication.
The Tech Review badge is an independent, neutral editorial assessment of a solution listed on the MYX Discovery Engine. It is free to opt in to after a company is listed. Not every submission is awarded a badge, because the review is editorial rather than promotional, which is what gives the mark its weight.
Tech Unboxing starts from RM 4,500 and is the entry edition: article, 60 to 90 second video, up to 15 photos, Discovery Engine integration and ecosystem amplification. The Executive Podcast tier starts from RM 16,500 and adds a 60 to 90 minute long-form podcast with the founder or executive, 10 short social cuts, a trailer, visual carousels, mid-roll ad placements and dedicated brand treatment across the episode.
SCCAI (pronounced “sky”) is SCcomms’ AI platform. It brings together multiple AI agents and solutions built for different business needs, including AI-powered customer support. SCcomms has provided cloud-based telecommunications solutions to corporate customers since 2013.
The application layer is the software that connects an AI model to the environment it works in. Model developers build the core intelligence. SCcomms determines how that intelligence accesses information, interprets context, remembers interactions, connects with business systems and stays within defined boundaries.
SCCAI builds context from each interaction, including the customer’s request, previous exchanges and the surrounding circumstances. It tracks how intent shifts during a conversation, for example when a routine product issue develops into a complaint with legal implications. When a situation moves beyond the authority granted to the agent, SCCAI routes it to a human.
Safety is set by the agent’s operating boundaries, not only by stopping it after a mistake. SCCAI restricts capabilities, controls access to knowledge and memory, defines system permissions and routes situations outside its authority to humans. SCcomms treats a kill switch as a last resort rather than the main control.
Yes. SCcomms’ customer support solution is deployed with multinational customers serving markets in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. You can register your interest or schedule a demo through MyInnovationX.
No. SCCAI lets an organisation introduce an AI agent with capabilities disabled, starting in a narrow role such as receiving enquiries. Knowledge, memory, tools and access to business systems are then enabled in stages, each one explicitly authorised by people in the organisation. This progression does not necessarily require the underlying model to be retrained.
